Nexus4kTV on IPTV Smarters Pro: Setup on Every Device

Nexus4kTV and IPTV Smarters Pro make a simple pair: one player app that runs on a Fire TV Stick, an Android phone or box, and an iPhone or iPad, and one subscription that fills it with 25,000+ live channels and 100,000+ movies and series. This guide explains how to set up IPTV Smarters Pro with your Nexus4kTV login, which of the two login methods to choose, and what to check if the picture stutters.

One thing first: IPTV Smarters Pro is a third-party player app. It provides no channels or films of its own. It only plays the playlist you give it, and with your subscription that playlist arrives in your welcome e-mail.

What you need before you open IPTV Smarters Pro

You need three things:

  1. A device the app runs on. Our setup guide names IPTV Smarters Pro for the Amazon Fire TV Stick (from the Amazon App Store), Android phones, tablets and TV boxes (from Google Play) and iPhone and iPad (from the App Store).
  2. Your welcome e-mail. Once your payment goes through, it brings your login details: an Xtream Codes server, username and password, your M3U playlist link and your EPG link for the TV guide. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder before anything else.
  3. A steady connection. We recommend 30 Mbps or more, on 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable.

If you haven't picked a plan yet, the Nexus4kTV IPTV subscription page lists the four lengths: 1 month (US$14.95), 3 months (US$29.95), 6 months (US$44.95) and 12 months (US$59.95), all with the same channels and library.

Two ways to log in: M3U playlist or Xtream Codes

Your welcome e-mail gives you two ways into IPTV Smarters Pro. Both load the same channels; they just differ in what you type.

Login methodWhat you enterWhere it comes from
M3U playlistYour M3U playlist link, plus the EPG link for the TV guideThe welcome e-mail
Xtream CodesThe server URL (with its port, such as :8080), your username and your passwordThe welcome e-mail

The M3U playlist is a single link that lists every channel. In IPTV Smarters Pro you choose to add a playlist by URL and paste it in. The EPG link is separate and optional, but without it the app shows channel names with no program listings, so add it too.

Xtream Codes splits the same access into a server address, a username and a password. Most IPTV apps accept it, often under the label "Xtream Codes" or "XC Login". When the app asks for a port, it is usually already part of the server URL, for example :8080 at the end. Copy each value exactly, with no extra spaces.

Which should you pick? If typing on a TV remote is painful, the Xtream Codes fields are shorter than a long M3U playlist link. If the app on your device only offers "Add Playlist" with a URL, use the M3U option. Either way, your Nexus4kTV login is personal: it can't be shared under the terms.

IPTV Smarters Pro on the Fire TV Stick

The Nexus4kTV guide sets up the Fire TV Stick this way:

  1. Open the Amazon App Store, search for IPTV Smarters Pro, then download and install it.
  2. Launch the app, choose Add Playlist, then the M3U URL option.
  3. Fill in the details: a playlist name (for example "Nexus4kTV"), your M3U URL and, optionally, your EPG URL.
  4. Select Add Playlist and wait for the channels to load, then browse with your Fire TV remote.

The same guide names TiviMate and Perfect Player as alternatives on the Fire TV Stick if you prefer another interface. Our IPTV apps guide compares the apps our guide recommends for each device.

IPTV Smarters Pro on Android phones, tablets and TV boxes

On Android, the steps are close to the Fire TV Stick:

  1. Open Google Play and install IPTV Smarters Pro (the guide's recommended app on Android).
  2. Start the app and choose Add New User or Add Playlist, then enter your login, either the Xtream Codes details or the M3U link.
  3. Tune the settings: switch on hardware acceleration, set the buffer to 10 to 15 seconds, and use an external video player if the app offers one.
  4. Let the channels load, then browse and stream.

Those settings matter most on older Android boxes, where a larger buffer gives the player a little more room before a stream pauses.

IPTV Smarters Pro on iPhone and iPad

On Apple devices the Nexus4kTV guide lists IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV and nPlayer, all from the App Store. With IPTV Smarters Pro:

  1. Install the app from the App Store.
  2. Open Add Playlist (or Remote Playlist, depending on the app) and paste your M3U URL.
  3. Add your EPG URL to switch on the TV guide. It's optional, but recommended.
  4. Let the playlist finish loading before you start watching. To watch on a bigger screen, the guide suggests casting to Apple TV with AirPlay.

What about Smart TVs, MAG boxes and Enigma2?

IPTV Smarters Pro isn't the only route. For Samsung Smart TVs, the guide recommends Smart IPTV from the TV's app store; on LG TVs it names IPTV Smarters or SS IPTV. MAG boxes don't need an app at all: you enter the portal URL from your welcome e-mail under Settings → System Settings → Server, then restart the box. Enigma2 receivers load the M3U playlist through their web interface. Every device has its own steps in the Nexus4kTV IPTV setup guide.

If IPTV Smarters Pro buffers or stutters

Most playback problems come from the connection or the app's settings rather than the app itself. The Nexus4kTV tips are:

  • a connection of 30 Mbps or more;
  • 5 GHz Wi-Fi or, better still, an Ethernet cable;
  • hardware acceleration switched on in the player app;
  • a larger buffer in the app (10 to 15 seconds on Android);
  • no other downloads or streams running at the same time.

If 4K stutters, switch the channel to Full HD in the app. Nexus4kTV streams come in HD, Full HD and 4K depending on the channel, and the lower quality needs less bandwidth.

If the channel list or TV guide looks out of date, use the app's refresh or reload option. If that doesn't fix it, delete the playlist and enter your M3U and EPG links again. And remember that each plan includes one connection: if someone else in your home is already streaming on your login, the second stream won't play. Extra connections are sold as add-ons; read using Nexus4kTV on more than one device for how that works.

Conclusion: Nexus4kTV and IPTV Smarters Pro in a few steps

Setting up Nexus4kTV in IPTV Smarters Pro comes down to installing the app from your device's store, then entering either your M3U playlist link with the EPG link or your Xtream Codes server, username and password from the welcome e-mail. Keep the connection at 30 Mbps or more, and the same subscription works on your Fire TV Stick, Android device, iPhone or iPad.

FAQ

Is IPTV Smarters Pro free with Nexus4kTV?

IPTV Smarters Pro is a third-party app that you download from your device's app store. It provides no content: your channels and library come from your subscription. The app's own terms are set by its maker.

Where do I find my M3U playlist link?

Your M3U playlist URL and your EPG URL are in the welcome e-mail sent after your payment. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder, then message us on WhatsApp.

Can I use IPTV on my phone?

Yes. IPTV Smarters Pro runs on Android phones (from Google Play) and on iPhone (from the App Store). You log in with the same details you'd use on a TV.

Can I use IPTV on multiple devices?

You can install the app on several devices and switch between them. Each plan includes one connection, so one screen streams at a time; extra connections are sold as add-ons.

Does IPTV have a TV guide?

With Nexus4kTV, yes: the EPG link in your welcome e-mail loads the TV guide. Add it in the app's playlist settings.

What should I do if IPTV Smarters Pro keeps buffering?

Check that you have 30 Mbps or more, move to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, turn on hardware acceleration, raise the buffer to 10–15 seconds and close other streams. If 4K still stutters, switch to Full HD.
