Nexus4kTV, also written Nexus4kTV IPTV, is an IPTV subscription: 25,000+ live channels from 50+ countries and 100,000+ movies and series on demand. You watch in an IPTV player app on your Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, phone or tablet, with no cable box or dish.

IPTV is television delivered over your internet connection instead of cable, satellite or an antenna. The ITU defines it as "multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks". A player app shows the channel list and the on-demand library but provides no content by itself: you enter your Nexus4kTV login and the list loads.

Once the payment goes through, your welcome e-mail with your login details (Xtream Codes server, username and password), your M3U playlist and EPG links and the portal URL for MAG boxes arrive by e-mail.

Nexus4kTV works on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony and others), Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone and iPad, MAG boxes, and Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, VU+), as long as an IPTV player app that takes an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login is installed (MAG boxes use a portal URL instead).

Smart IPTV on Samsung TVs, IPTV Smarters or SS IPTV on LG TVs; IPTV Smarters Pro on Fire TV Stick, Android, iPhone and iPad, with TiviMate, Perfect Player, GSE Smart IPTV or nPlayer as alternatives. MAG boxes and Enigma2 receivers need no extra app.

Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the Amazon App Store, open it, choose "Add Playlist" and then "M3U URL", and enter your M3U link (and EPG link for the TV guide) from your welcome e-mail. TiviMate or Perfect Player also work.

They are three ways to load your subscription. The M3U link is a single playlist address, with a separate EPG link for the TV guide. An Xtream Codes login uses the server URL (with its port, such as :8080), your username, and your password. The portal URL is for MAG boxes and STB emulators, which recognise your device by its MAC address. All three are in your welcome e-mail.

Each plan includes 1 connection, so one screen streams at a time. You can install the app on several devices and switch between them; for watching on two screens at the same time, extra connections are sold as add-ons. Ask on WhatsApp for the price.

Yes. Your subscription is not locked to one IP address or country, so it works outside Canada too, as long as you have a stable internet connection.

We recommend 30 Mbps or more on 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet. For comparison, Netflix recommends "15 Mbps or higher" for Ultra HD 4K. A wired connection is the steadiest option for a TV.

Channels come in HD, Full HD, or 4K, depending on the channel and your connection: 4K where available. Every quality is included in every plan.

Check a connection of 30 Mbps or more, 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, hardware acceleration switched on in the player app, a larger buffer in the app (10 to 15 seconds on Android), and no other downloads or streams running at the same time. If 4K still stutters, pick the Full HD version of the channel. Nexus4kTV runs on anti-freeze load balancing on monitored servers; if one channel keeps freezing, tell the team on WhatsApp which one and when.

Use the refresh or reload option in your app's playlist settings. If problems continue, delete the M3U and EPG links and enter them again.

Plans don't renew automatically: each term is paid once. Before your end date, message us on WhatsApp with the e-mail used for your order and the team sends a new payment link. When a term ends without renewal, access stops.

You can move up to a longer plan at any time. A move to a shorter plan takes effect once your current term ends. Either way, ask the team on WhatsApp.

The refund policy covers three cases: the service is completely non-functional on your compatible device for 72 or more consecutive hours because of a fault on our side, you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, or you are a new customer and ask within 7 days of your first purchase, after trying support-led troubleshooting.

Refunds are not given when you are unhappy with the channel list or the content, your internet connection is too slow or unstable to stream, you broke the terms of service (for example by sharing your account), or when you face geo-blocking in your country that is beyond our control.

Message the team on WhatsApp with the e-mail address used for your order, your order or transaction ID, a short reason and the steps already tried with support, and your device and app (for example Fire TV Stick with IPTV Smarters Pro). The team reviews the case in 0 to 3 business days; once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method, and the money shows up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

No. Subscriptions can't be shared: your login is personal, and sharing it breaks the terms of service and can get the account closed without a refund. For a second screen at the same time, ask about an extra connection.
