Nexus4kTV Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using a Nexus4kTV subscription. In short: you must be at least 18, your login is for you alone, each plan is paid in advance for its full term, and sharing or redistributing the service is not allowed. By ordering, activating or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you (the "user") and Nexus4kTV ("we", "us"). They apply from your first order, to every plan you buy and to every use of the service.

2. Definitions

  • Service: the Nexus4kTV IPTV subscription, which gives access to live channels and on-demand content through a player app.
  • User: anyone who orders and uses the service.
  • Subscription or plan: the length you buy (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), which sets how long you can use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your login

Your login details (Xtream Codes server, username and password, M3U and EPG links, MAC portal URL) are personal. Keep them private: you are responsible for everything done with your account. A subscription may not be shared with other households or resold.

Each plan includes one connection, meaning one stream at a time. Extra connections can be bought as add-ons; ask the team on WhatsApp.

5. Ordering and payment

  • You order by sending us a message on WhatsApp. The team confirms the plan and sends you a secure card payment link.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid in advance for the whole term of the plan.
  • Your login details are sent by e-mail once your payment has gone through. Give a valid address and check your spam or junk folder.
  • Delivery is digital only: nothing is shipped.

6. Plans, renewal and changes

  • The current plans and prices are on the IPTV subscription page. Features, channel line-ups and prices may change; a change in price applies to your next term, never to a term you have already paid for.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. To continue after your end date, message us on WhatsApp and the team sends a new payment link. When a term ends without renewal, access to the service stops.
  • You can move up to a longer plan at any time. A move to a shorter plan takes effect when your current term ends.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop using the service at any time, and since nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel. Refunds are only given in the cases listed in our refund policy, which also explains how to ask for one.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any illegal or prohibited purpose. In particular, you may not:

  • restream, rebroadcast, record for redistribution or otherwise share the content;
  • share your login details or let other people use your account;
  • use the service in a way that breaks the laws that apply where you are.

If you break these rules, we may close your account immediately, without a refund.

9. Content and copyright

Nexus4kTV does not produce the channels or titles that are available through the service. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with the copyright laws that apply where you live. Rights holders can report content through our DMCA procedure.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise 100% uptime or that every channel or title will always be available: channels can go down for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent the law allows, Nexus4kTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. See also our disclaimer.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close your account, without notice, if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms the service or other users.
